Shipping policy
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times
We ship from the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 7–14 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Any applicable promotions or free shipping thresholds will be applied automatically at checkout.
International orders — customs, duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or the shipping cost paid at checkout.
We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have any concerns.
Please note that customs processing may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
Orders shipped to the European Union
Since the UK's departure from the EU, all shipments to EU countries may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival. These are payable by the recipient before or upon delivery. Padel Drive is not responsible for these charges and will not reimburse them under any circumstances.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment directly with the courier.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@padeldrive.co.uk and we will investigate with the courier. Please allow a few extra days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur during busy periods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Incorrect delivery address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Padel Drive is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realise you have made an error, please contact us immediately at contact@padeldrive.co.uk — if your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee any changes and will not be liable for packages delivered to the address originally provided.
If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error and cannot be recovered, we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Packages lost or stolen after delivery
Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer. Padel Drive is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address or selecting a delivery option that requires a signature where available. If you have concerns about the safety of your delivery location, consider using a neighbour's address, a work address, or a courier collection point.
