Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and with the grip seal intact. Once the grip seal has been removed, the racket is considered used and cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or defective. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@padeldrive.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

Unless your item arrives damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Orders cancelled after dispatch

If you request a cancellation after your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to intercept the shipment. You will need to receive the item and then follow our standard returns process. Return shipping in this case is at your expense, and a 5% restocking fee will apply.

Restocking fee

A 5% restocking fee applies to all change-of-mind returns. No restocking fee is charged for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damages and defective items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your racket is genuinely defective, you have the right to a full refund within 30 days of purchase. A defect means a manufacturing fault that affects the structure or playability of the racket — for example, a cracked frame, a delaminating hitting surface, or a broken handle. Minor cosmetic details on accessories (such as a loose thread on the wristband) do not constitute a defect and are not covered under this policy. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Rackets with the grip seal removed (considered used)
  • Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right racket is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, the racket must be unused and the grip seal must remain intact. If the grip seal has been removed, we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting the reduction in value. Return shipping costs under this right are the customer's responsibility. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any applicable restocking fee. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at contact@padeldrive.co.uk.
