This is the second racquet of this type I have owned and it is a wonderful racquet. The service is very good, with a very easy to use website and very punctual delivery.

At first I was not 100% sure of my purchase since in the past I always bought the main brands, however, the Solid has been a great surprise. A friend recommended it to me and it is the best feeling I have ever experienced when hitting the ball.

I’ve used a lot of Racquets. This is up there with the best of them. Massive sweet spot and hard. Goes where you point it. Highly recommended.

I made the mistake of going for very expensive rackets that the pros use which were very head heavy, difficult to manouvre which caused wrist pain. Hook solid H20 has greatly improved my game, a bit lighter than other rackets out there, with great power and control.

I've been playing for 4 years and had a few racquets including the Adipower 3.2 and Nox AT10 12k. Both took a bit of getting used to. I find the Hook H2O solid to be a better racket. Very easy to start playing with. A good balance. I like the slightly longer handle. Off centre shots are pretty forgiving and the sweet spot is a good size. Whereas i felt the AT10 12k to be a little soft and underpowered i find the Hook H2O solid to be a bit firmer and crisper for faster shots. And wheras the Adipower has a bit too much "pop" when playing slower shots, the Hook H2O has better control when playing slow. So i feel it is more versatile. And for me, it is a better weight overall (about 5g lighter than my others at 361g with a protector and one overgrip). And the weight it better balanced - the Adipower can be a little head heavy for me; this is nicely mid-balanced. My own reflection is that this is a better racket for me as an intermediate player - it is neither over-technical nor is "dumbed down". I feel I can develop more shots with this - i am working both on the softer chiquita and the faster flat smash and this works great for both. My honest view is that if I see this in a sale for around £150 I will pick up a second one. Although compared to bigger-named brands it is a great price anyway.

I received it Saturday morning, used it for the first time yesterday and honestly it’s made a difference to my game, before I was using the bullpadel vertex but it felt abit heavy and not very reactive. With the new hook the handle feels much longer and can generate more kick as it weighs 5 less grams than my old racket.

I played previously with Babolat Technical Viper, this racket is very similar in terms of balance and power but feels slightly softer more comfortable and bit more forgiving with a bigger sweet spot. Price is also very good for such advanced racket. I can recommend it 100%

I like the rough texture, it’s light weight, the control and the balance. Previous rackets were too heavy or too hard for me. Since using this racket I’ve been much more consistent and confident in matches. The solid neck has saved me a few times too! Very happy with it.

I tested it for a week and then decided to buy it.
Excellent control for my lobs, a big sweet spot to help my lack of technique, and gives me a much-appreciated extra dash of power.
